When it comes to determining who is the greatest-ever star in the history of the game, the two have been competing against one another for years.
Ronaldo, 39, is still playing for Al-Nassr in Saudi Arabia and recently accomplished the amazing record of scoring 900 goals in his career.
Messi has also left Europe; he currently plays in the Major League Soccer (MLS) for Inter Miami, David Beckham’s team.
Hamilton recently shared his thoughts on the hotly contested subject. With a combined record seven Formula One World Drivers’ Championship victories, Hamilton is no stranger to achievement at the highest level of sports.
“Ronaldo or Messi? Messi! When asked which player he preferred, Hamilton responded, “They’re both amazing, to be honest, but I’m a Messi fan in the end.”
Although Hamilton has never actually met Messi, he had previously been seen cuddling up to Ronaldo at the Monaco Grand Prix in 2019.
Growing up, Hamilton was frequently spotted playing on a football field and is an ardent Arsenal supporter.
The 39-year-old, who frequently snaps at the Emirates, has already talked about his long-term romance with the Gunners.
“When I was younger, all the kids and a few of my close friends used to play football in the neighborhood where I lived. My goal was to blend in. Hamilton remarked, “I was the only child of color there.”
“I was aware that each child had a different team they supported—Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur, for example. When I was younger, I recall alternating between these teams, and when I got home, my sister Sam punched me multiple times in the arm, effectively beating me.
stating, “You must back Arsenal!”
“It was around the age of five or six that I started to support Arsenal.” I have, however, attended a great deal of Arsenal and Chelsea games with my Uncle Terry because he is a huge Blues supporter.
